Archibald Library is one of two City of Rancho Cucamonga Public Libraries (the other is the Paul A. Biane Library at the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center) that has been serving the community since its opening in 1994. In addition to literature and reading materials, the library offers free wireless Internet and public access computers, story times and book clubs for children, an adult literacy program and free reading tutoring for children. Open daily, hours vary.

The Paul A. Biane Library opened in 2006 in the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center and features a technology center and free wireless Internet, teen zone and homework center, storybook and club reading rooms, back to basics reading tutoring for children and a performing arts collection. The library also offers a boutique bookstore where the public can buy previously-read books, as well as cards and gifts.
